If decorative surface matches handle from site,maybe ice box hinges. My first guess was suitcase handle ends.

Beats me,i just saw a muddy handle. Most ice box hinges have three holes too. Ornateness keeping me away from most latches,more towards a fancy hutch or cabinet.
