What are they

I found these over the years wAsnt ever sure what they were but they were found with some nice points. The one kinda reminds me of a bear head when looked at right the other has a grove like it was tied and the last just the drill hole

All just natural stones or concretions.

Looks like sandstone. Sandstone will weather out the soft spots and leave strange looking things. Thanks Mother Nature!
