What's new

What did you get for Christmas?

My wife and I came up to a pretty good agreement this year since I was not going to be there for Christmas. I bought and installed a nice deep sink in the kitchen for her and I bought a WW1 Prussian sword off a guy that I had bought some ww2 stuff off of in the past. We both got what we wanted for Christmas. :headbang:

The best gift of all was my baby girl being born in Nov. This picture was taken via webcam two days before Christmas. :)

Extractor,

That is a great little panel. We run our Camel on a trailer battery and that little solar panel. We leave it out all day when digging, and then sit at night and run the little Camel during the evening before we go to bed!

It doesn't take too much power to run the Camel, and it doesn't take a lot of solar energy to keep those little batteries charged.

You have to admit, those slap choppers are awesome! I am the same way. I buy my own toys throughout the year. If my wife knew what I spent on my V3, I would be living in the streets!!!

my outlaws where awsome to me. i got a sony handy cam, a new pair of chipawa sport utility work boots, a 80 pack of hot hands, and a pair of under armor sunglasses. i have the greatest inlaws.

A very nice book on Spanish treasure markings, (signs). And lots of memories with the grandkids.

I received an Xbox 360 :icon_thumright:......yeah, I'm a 52 yr old single dad of two wonderful grown daughters. I guess they also realize that I'll grow old but probably never grow up! :headbang:
Happy Holidays to everyone on here......

Neil, trust me the shed out back is REALLY cold. I bought my own gift too, a Minelab SE II Pro. Took me a week to practice my "surprise face" for when I opened it :hello2:. OK, the box goes on the top and the coil on the bottom, right?

I did OK I guess. I got a Timex watch. I'm too hard on watches to get or buy an expensive one.A peir of walking shoes that was too little. A wallet that I sorely needed. Some mens sleep pants. An OU sweatshirt. And six grandkids to hug on and wrestle with for a couple of days! Can't beat that! Monty

Heya Unicorn...good to 'see' ya! Hope all is happy and sassy on your side of the pond!

I think my manfolk learned a valuable lesson from last year's X-mas gift giving day...a stair stepper.
That's why I bought him a stud finder this year....
