What do all of you do in winter when can’t detect go crazy

I just switch gears, I'm always in treasure mode. Where there's a will, there's a way!
Woods with lots of leaf cover can still be dug....then when things get tough (frozen)....backhoe anyone

Im from Ma. Gonna be low of 16 tommorow - but may head into water on sunday in Rhode Island
this is R.I. some yrs back during a blizzard

Winter in Texas is usually t-shirts and shorts except for a week or so in Feb.

Ski season starts here (Breck opened today) so I usually go to my 60 and 70 hour work weeks. Not much time for anything else. I do try to go scan the snow the city piles up from the street, with a little success, but last year on that was a complete strike out for some reason.
