He may be referring to this slightly earlier thread he posted. In which case, at the least need what part of the world, and, I suspect, the known prehistoric petroglyphs/pictographs from whatever part of the world it is exactly. It won't be easy. Is not easy for Native American petroglyphs, and won't be easy for the Middle East, either. Or wherever these are from:
