What Grade Would This Silver Dollar Receive?

Found this silver dollar in a box of coins my sisters boyfriend left in her car after they broke-up. Was wondering what you all thought the grade on this coin would be?

I'd say AU 55 at best AU 50 at worst.

Everyone has a different eye including the guys at PCGS and NGC whom are the said experts. Not being with either company but a long time collector of graded sports cards and coins I'd say my take from the photo is that AU 50 is your ceiling if you were to send it in for professional grading.
