So 12,000 years worth of all different types and forms of North American Artifacts from many different cultures will be in this one section only? Meanwhile the Favorites section has 10 different sub forums? I guess it makes it easier to discuss my favorite Hot Dog recipe or Justin Bieber song. In my opinion this is not an improvement in any way.

Your statement up to the first question mark described something really cool in my opinion...where it went from there I don't know. What would you like to bring to the discussion pertaining to what your interests are?

What is the issue, we rolled the copper culture into North American forum, and Combined Central and South American into one forum for total of 2 forums where there use to be 4, and of those 4 only North America got much traffic.....

All North American culture has always been in one forum except the copper culture was in a seperate forum...

I think everyone wants to see and learn about ancient artifacts from all over. It is the same way with relics. We want to see what people are finding and how they hunt in other areas. Ancient people and stone age technology did not recognize Canada's border or Mexico's. When your Favorite hot dog recipe and Justin Bieber turn into artifacts we might discuss them here though, say in 500 years.
We are already seeing and learning about new things we would not normally get in this section. I like it and think most hunters and collectors will to.

Who cares where it's at, as long as I can find it.:laughing7:

The Blackfoot Confederacy of Blackfeet, Bloods and Peigans sure didn’t recognize the northern border with Canada they ruled their territory with an iron fist and were feared my everyone White or Red, neither did the Mohawk, Huron, Arikara, Cree, Sioux, Pawnee, Cheyenne, Arapaho, Crow or any of the other northern tribes, the Apaches and Comanche had no fear of roaming south into Mexico, it was the Mexican government that feared their visits.

If we broke down the forums to individual cultures most would get little to no traffic, this way as TnM say members get to see finds that they might not normally see……….

Purpose of the change was to try to bring the forum back to its former glory as a premier site for Indian artifacts, to get more members involve in the forums and for new members to feel comfortable posting without fear of ridicule or harassment….

It is the posters that make the forum what it is, good or bad..….
