Help me to post a pic... New to site dont know how. Its a 1889 dog tax tag from dardanelle arkansas. I would like to know more about what I've found here. Someone made us a generous offer. What might it really b worth? We r excited it's worth so much but would like ppl. Who know more to Inform us of ne thing u might know. 1st time posting on here...hope I'm doin it right. Thank you... Why do ppl. Have to b so negative. Nothing I have posted or about the tag or sale is confusing... Maybe at first glance, but I tried to explain best I can. We were just trying to share...sorry I don't understand why it's hard to understand, but there r a lot of things I don't understand about ppl. Thank u to those who encouraged us n wanted us to share that's why we posted.

Don't take it so personal Tammy, lol. We metal detectorists are used to only gaining around 12" or so at most and some get very ...sceptical let's say, if anyone suggests they can get deeper than normal. No harm meant i'm sure.

Sorry to seem negative Tammy. Im sure it was his first find just as you say but someone is mistaken about the depth. Its just not possible to have detected a quarter sized object at that depth..
