What is a Bugs Bunny Ben Franklin Half?

I thought I would start a set of Franklin halves and ran across this variety in the book. It seems to be connected with the 1955's. Can someone tell me what this refers to?

I can see why you provided me with a link instead of describing it yourself! Seems rather complicated and a bit trivial all of that placing an image of the obverse over the reverse and how everything lines up. Not something I'm going to be too concerned about. Thanks for the great link JEEP!!!

In short, it's an error that results from a die clash that makes it appear that Ben has long rabbit teeth (like Bugs Bunny) coming from his upper lip.
