Been looking around TNet but unable to find...What is a "Golden Thread"? Why doesn't Honorable Mention appear below your profile when you post/reply to a thread?

Golden thread is the banners?
Honorable Mention are usually for a good deed, like a return.
Usually a member send a report in suggesting that.

pepper j, thanks. I've received 2 Honorable Mentions that used to appear below my icon, date joined, etc on the left side of the screen when I post, and that category no longer appears. Is that b/c of an update to the TNet website or _____________?
