Honestly, I sometimes wish I never found this hobby. It's boarder line not even a hobby anymore but rather an addiction.

It takes up too much time and you won't be able to help yourself. Time better spent do multiple other things. My advice if you haven't started yet, you may be better off closing this thread and never returning to the crh part of this site again, and enjoy all the extra time you now have in your life without this hobby.

That was all I did for years and one day after a long day of hunting the playgrounds and finding a couple of bucks in change i found this site about hunting rolled coins. I thought why not give it a try, that was 5 years ago. I hardly ever take the detector out any more, I hunt banks for halves and buy boxes of coins every week..My knees don't hurt and my fingers are not all dirty from digging in the ground. They are dirty from handling coins and finding silver again. I went weeks and weeks of nothing good found in the rolls and then they started producing again. It is not a hobby for everyone but sticking with it can start to pay off.
