What is the cutest or funniest thing a kid has said

I had a 13 yo kid come up just the other day as I was detecting a field behind a school playground, and said..... "Mister do you need some money?" I was dressed in my diggin clothes, hadn't shaved for a couple days, and was diggin for ??

After I said no, I was just looking for coins, one of them threw a bunch of change out onto the field. Go figure.
that kid deserves a metal for his generosity...you looked the part of 'the downtrodden' and he reacted. maybe a donation to a local charity in 'a kids honest gesture' is required.

Good idea!!!! Maybe he thought it would be less "Embarrasing" if he threw it on the ground, and you "Just" happen to find it! :icon_scratch: Red

My 5 year old had an imaginary friend when she was 3 years old .Her friend was a little boy named Tree. I remember her blaming a mess she made on Tree and it was just too cute to get mad at her. :icon_sunny:

:laughing9: I remember those days, that's when "I don't know" and "I didn't do it" moved in, and they brought their freinds "He did it" and "Not me!" LMBO :laughing9: Red

:laughing9: My middle son just reminded me of when he was about 4 years old! I was still married to my ex, it was sunday and the minister and his wife were sitting down to dinner with us, in a loud clear voice, my son who had a speech problem said"My mommy doesn't wear underwear!" Imagine the shades of red I was turning when they both looked at me, and there I was wearing a dress and nylons, but no undies! Can we say "Oopsie?" LMBO Yes I can laugh now, but then it was so embarrasing!!!!! LOL Red :laughing9:

LMBO no, I was just happy he was trying to talk! Another time, when I was expecting my last son, a lady stopped us one day and said "Oh, does your mommy have a baby in her tummy?" My son, yes Jon again, looked her straight in the eye and said "No, it's in her uterus!" She just about swallowed her teeth, he was almost 3, and I decided if my kids were going to ask questions, I was going to be the one to teach them, I just made it easy for them to understand at their ages! Funny the things kids say!!!! :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: Red

Good for you...kids are alot smarter then you think anyway...good for you!

Kids are extremely smart, I can't believe it when kids ask questions, and the parents freak and won't answer them, which is a shame, it's a great way to spend time with them, just you and them, and it opens the lines of comunication, which is important! Because of the way I talk to my son's, when they were little and now, they still listen to me and ask things all the time, my favorite thing I taught them is the only stupid question is the one not asked!!! Red

my 2 year old nephew stayed up late to see the fireworks on 4th of july and it was also the first time he saw fireflies. he didnt know what they were, so he made up his own name "light birds" :D
of course we spent the next hour trying to catch one and show him what they were

also, when we were at a sports bar/diner one time, everyone was eating and being pretty quiet, when this little kid playing with action figures just randomly smashed the 2 together and yelled "FORNICATED!" needless to say after some awkward looks, everyone was laughing
