Found this at a colonial site where everything has been around 1790s. Can't figure out what is is?

looks like maybe a draped bust large cent. in the first pic it looks like I can make out a bust facing right with the nose just a hair past the 2 o'clock position

I ended up cleaning it more and found no markings.
