Found these yellow rocks in North Texas. All in the same small area. Most of them are about the size of a quarter. The photo quality isn't very good but these were very bright yellow in the outdoors. My kids and I are new to rock hunting and trying to learn all we can. Thanks.

Probably Quartz with some iron inclusions. It's difficult to distinguish from the photos. Welcome to TN! I hope you and your family are enjoying "rockhounding"! -Luke

Dad, take a clear image from a couple feet back so it's not
blurry.

Post the pic and I'll crop/process the pic so it looks like
the stone should.
