what is this

Found outside of Atlanta, Georgia in the woods. Also found arrow heads in same area. Made of some type of solid stone and has a broken tip. Is about 10 inches long by 5 inches wide. Any help appreciated.View attachment 1347354&&

Welcome to the forum. I have no idea what is may be. Awfully big and crude and no offense meant. Could it possibly be natural or are you seeing any worked by man marks on it?
