Welll.......
I have narrowed it down to the following...

At first I said "petrified fortune cookie"... BUT...
I realized I was reading the Chinese influence of it...
And it could be an eggroll that was thrown out from NOT a Chinese restaurant... but a MALL Chinese wanna be restaurant...
And it rolled to the bottom of the dumpster...
where it laid in a pool of the white version of egg foo young sauce...
Then when the garbage truck came and lifted the dumpster to dump the trash...
it rolled back out and hit the edge of dumpster just right and bounce out and off the roof of the cab of garbage truck...
Where it landed in the road where a bus with 2 large tires on the rear wheels (duelie) "pinched" it in between the tires creating the shape...
where it also was stuck until the speed of bus reaching 25 mph...
at that point it was flung against the underbelly of the bus creating the flat back area...
And then finally coming to rest in the gutter where the sun baked it to a stone like consistency.
