Question is what kind and where to buy one? I really don't want to have people thinking I'm weighing out dope or something. LoL!

I picked one up from my local coin shop for about $15.

$7.99 before shipping there. Seems pretty accurate. Does dwt, g and ozt

It also comes with a plastic tray to which will allow you to weigh longer items like sterling spoons.

Works great for me so far. Had it about 6 months. I like the hard cover for the scale, soft "entire-scale" cover, back-lit screen, and its accuracy. Not to bash the previous scale, but this one also reads in Carat and grains.
