What mesh classifier do you usually use?

Yes, yes I know you don't need to classify for a fluidbed, but what size mesh do you usually use for your normal sluice box? I usually use 3/8 mesh. Curious to see what sizes are used by you.

Dizz, I like that idea. I think I might put the rails on the smaller tub lower so it will ride higher on the big tub. More room for material in the big tub that way.

Whoops! My mistake. Just edited all my posts. My classifier is 3/8 not 1/2 inch. The garrett classifier is 1/2.

Sluiceguy42's original question was about a regular sluice box.. I assume that is a sluice box with riffles.. I'm just curious.. why would I need to classify down any smaller than half inch..or am I misunderstanding something? If my slice is adjusted correctly, why all the extra work?
