So in searching all over this site, drooling over great finds (and some mug shots:laughing7:), I keep seeing something that bothers me. It defies logic, and I challenge all members, moderators, and mystery detectives... explain this to me. What was so special at 11:59pm, on March 15, 2013, on this site? Had to be a real good time, because there were 15,868 users, on this site, all at once! What the..:icon_scratch:

Hi,

I am somewhat new to the site and saw this same thing and I was curious too!

I almost researched the activity around this date, then it just came to me.

March 15 2013
3-15-2013

You getting it?

3+1+5+2+0+1+3 =15

See it?

1/5=.2
.2x15=3

It's all plain as day.

Start with 3, end with 3, and 15 someplace in the middle.

I stopped thinking about it once I saw this answer. :tongue3:

Wow!

Synchronicity? Full moon? Bunch of networked detectorists with each others text accounts? Hehh who knows. Might be a mob of lemmings for all I know but hey.... how many posts occurred during that time and what was discussed? Might be a bot net or a bunch of us at the end of a movie thinking "Whats new today?" and jumping online for a fix of goodies.

Most likely it was a site upgrade of some sort and all accounts came online momentarily to set the place up. It happens. ;)

Major snowstorms, maybe? I know that was a really long and snowy winter.

You see it was close to midnight and no one had much to do …… The family was in bed so …. Every on just went on Tnet … to find out what happened that day… To me that does not seem like a lot for Tnet is world wide.. So no mystery to me..

A very pricey nickel was lost?
A 1945 copper cent?

Oh!

Was that when Limitool found his cave?

Damn... that was the exact same date that Huntsman53 (Frank) showed up to help me find the famous buried "golden horseshoe" behind my home.... he left quickly after arriving. What's that date again?

That was an awesome looking golden horse sho........ Uh I mean, what horse shoe? :icon_scratch:

March 15, 2013 ---- That's 'The Ides of March' Considered a major turning point in history with the death of Julius Ceaser.
[h=3][/h]Maybe this is some hidden, cryptic clue to a change in our future? ;-) not that there would be anything at all related to any conspiracy theorys on this site ;-)
