Yes, that will be transfer-ware from the second half of the 1800s and there are lots of different designs, although the garb of the people depicted isn’t always necessarily always completely contemporary with when the plate was made. It’s almost certainly Staffordshire-ware from England, but these plates are regarded as ‘generic’ since they rarely have a maker mark.
They’re known as “alphabet plates” or “nursery plates” (even though the depictions often seem more appropriate for a grown-up audience). Note the embossed letters from A-Z around the rim. I haven’t seen the ‘hammock’ design before but here’s one to a similar pattern with a different depiction, for which the asking price is probably in the right ballpark:
