So a couple weeks ago I sold a large Jurassic Park dinosaur to a guy for around $65 plus shipping. As soon as the auction was over he sent me a message stating to send it in the smallest box I could. I replied that since this is a large item it would be packaged in a decent size box with padding to protect it. His reply was a message asking about details on the item that he has just purchased, size, type excetra. I replied and answered all his questions and his reply was thanks. Fast forward to this weekend I get a message from the seller asking me where his item was. I checked the tracking and it stated that the post office tried delivering it to the Miami Florida address listed on his account and it was undeliverable and being held at the post office for him to pick up. I message the guy and explain that it has been at the post office for 7 days waiting on him to pick it up. He then starts insisting that I need to call the post office to have them deliver it again and that he has never had this problem before. I send him a couple messages stating that he would need to pick it up before he finally says he can not pick up because he lives in Hondurous! I ask him how he handles this any other time and he states that his family ships it to him after it gets to Miami. So what do I do on this one? I called the post office and they didn't seem like they were open to trying to redelivering the item.

I'd call eBay and probably open a case - before he does.

Last year I had a buyer who moved out of the country. The forwarding address was messed up. She didn't get her package, because the post office was unable to deliver it. It took weeks to straighten it out. I think she opened a case, but Ebay ruled in my favor because the address registered to her account did not match her actual address. I agree with Deepseeker. Call Ebay. ASAP.

Yep, as DeepseekerADS said, take the initiative and open a case. Not your problem the buyer cannot seem to accept packages delivered to the address they have on file.
