✅ SOLVED What type of bell is it?

Found this bell while bottle digging a mid to late 1800s to early 1900s dump. It is made of metal,brass maybe. It has what I believe is flowers engraved around the upper part,it still rings.

Hope someone can give a little insight,

I find online that calling it a claw bell seems to get some close matches (not that crotal is incorrect). All the ones I saw attribute them to India, Pakistan, China, Japan.
