What type of rock is this?

I see a lot of kspar and either Quartz or plag but what do I identify it as?

Looks like heavily weathered granite(feldspar and quartz)

Give it a whack with a hammer. Use eyeprotection!
If the surface looks greasy it usually is quartz.
