Hey all,
At a flea market today i purchased a copy of Alberts political Campaign and commerative buttons copy righted 1966.
It has small note to someone and is signed by mr Albert.
And no i cant say if he really signed it,but it looks like he signed it for a friend......

Nice rare OOP book. Need a little more info. Does it have the dust jacket? I wouldn't think someone would fake his signature,I mean it's not like he's very well known to most people. Is the book itself signed? You said a small note to someone, I imagine that means a small note written on the book itself? I would think it should add a nice value to the premium on the book. What condition is it in? 1st edition? 1st printing?

Mine is a first edition 1966.
Yes the note is written in the book and the signature looks like the one on here.
This is a small hardback book with no dust jacket.
The book is kind of bent like someone had it under somthing heavy.The binding is pulled away from the back a little at the top,but other wise the book is in great shape......it is only 76 pages long.

I'm familiar with the book,just can't afford one.I can tell you copies of it are selling for about a $100.00 without the signature,maybe a little less in the condition you described. So I would expect anything over that to be a fair price with the signature. Just my 2 cents.
Can I ask what you paid for it?

10.00 for it at a flea market.I did not even haggle with the guy when i saw it was signed!!!!

I'd say you done pretty darn good! I wouldn't have haggled either! Lately I can't find any deals on anything. Seems everyone is the expert and they think everything they are selling is a rare collectible. Oh well, i'll keep searching. Good luck and Happy Hunting.
