Once you get a salvage permit from DHR you must also get a dredge permit from DEP and the Army Corps. of Engineers. This will allow you to use blowers or a dredge to dig for treasure.

Dig and Identify permit
Recovery/Salvage permit

ok,also when filed they should show up on the oculus state filings like all others? the applications and if approved etc? and that dredging permit also is part of it correct? that state dredging permit ISNT the actual recovery permit?

no,im trying to study the exact process from the first discovery even accidental discovery of a wreck...then what processes one must do permit wise to finally salvage anything on those wrecks...so when we know where one is,whats the next steps and permits til recovery can begin
