Hey guys, found this in my cons from dredging this weekend. In the pan it looks white/grey and is heavy like gold. I dumped the dried out gold out for pics and took clipper handle to see if it crushed and it did...it shattered and had magnetic pieces stuck to the metal with what appears to be gold.

Is it natural ore? I though maybe it was mercury coated gold but it guess it's not.

Omni, I believe the lack of replies was due to the images. Hard to tell what
was there with the yellow light, but you can correct for this on future shots
if you wish. When shooting under any fluorescent light, the camera's "White
Balance" must be adjusted to the approx. color temp. of that lamp. For light
that shows that yellow, if you set the camera to "Warm Fluorescent" the pic
will come out much, much better. For the "Daylight" CFL's, use the "Cool
Fluorescent" setting.

Here's your image with the color temp. adjusted and a slight crop..
