WHATS THIS ----OLD ACADIAN COIN ??

Found this coin near a old French Acadian foundation.

Looked threw old coin sites... can,t find it.

Looks like 1816.....

That's the best part of metal detecting....finding stuff then finding out the history of it...!!!!

I,ve been detecting for 6 months...found lots of silvers and old coppers-- some with very nice stories...I live near a lot of old history.

I will post some more of my finds to share with you guys if you are interested.
