Found this near the pudding river in the Willamette Valley Oregon. Not sure if it's petrified wood, bone or ?? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

These are just idea's you could check on,red garnet or red obsidian.See if the area you are in is known for these things.

it is a carnelian agate...very common in your area...i find them all the time.

Agate was my initial thought until someone told me they thought it was petrified wood. Thanks! I should've known to trust my instincts...
