This looks like a handle to some type of DAWG "DOG" as in a chain /strap dog or even a pressure relief lever.... ???

Remember some of the old breaker/fuse boxes that had the flat handle? You'd turn it up or down to shut off the power.....The handle at one time had a red plastic cover(rivets to hold it on).....

Hi I found one exactly Like it today I Have no idea what it is, mine was at Ghost town of Port Sullivane Texas, close to what was reported as a store, but also close to the steam ship dock, It was a big time Cotton town B-4 th R/R caused to be moved to Gause, Hearne , and Calvert Texas. Thats about all I know, I left mine leaning agienst a tree there, I hope to go back but this town was scattered across likley 1-2000 acres and I dont know where to start.
