I want to upgrade from my Delta 4000 to an ATP. Looking to find the best place either online or at a retail store to buy one. I live near Baltimore if that helps.

Like others said contact some of the sponsors. They can't publish deals. That is why online everyone has the same price. But if they sell through amazon they are loosing a percentage and can easily cut you a deal on a new unit shipped for free without going too cheap to get into trouble with garrett. I generally have gotten less than online price with a free coil cover and free shipping. Bart at big boys was great to deal with on my latest 5x8 coil purchase. Sponsors are always for working with forum members.
