Wheres the silver?

I'm digging wheat cents like crazy but having a hard time sniffing out the silver lately and it's driving me crazy.

I MD a hammered picnic area .No silver Qtrs.....but still a few dimes left. This years wheatie/silver ratio......26 wheaties and 4 silver......slow down and keep shooting....silver dimes and qtrs. ring up clearly on almost any machine.....GOOD LUCK!

Well today's treasure came in the form of brass. My scrap brass bucket just got full.

Scrap shell casings were worth $1 per lb. I wish I found $50 every time I went out.

I hunted around a site yesterday where there used to be an old hotel and found my first cool find. A 1967 Brittish half penny in good condition. I've been detecting for about three months with an ace 250 and I am hooked!
