Wheres the silver?

I've had my explorer se pro for several months now and have found a lot of clad some wheaties and Indian heads but for some reason silver has eluded me, I'm curantly hunting an old carnival ground that has produced pennies from the thirties and I know there're has to be silver , does silver give a faint signal?

Silver hits just as hard as copper. If you are finding old copper and no silver, then it's likely somebody has cherry-picked your site.

Was going to say this. Keep in mind, if someone cherry picked the site, then there is almost certainly going to be silver coins left, but only those that are deep and give bad signals, covered by trash, or give iffy signals because of nearby trash or something.

Exactly! If it's there it will ring in strongly. Unless, it's really deep.
