Can someone please tell me what this rock is please I found it in Stanhope river, and very curious to what it may be, let me know if you know :)

Im thinking pyrite but hard to tell from your pics, a pic outside in natural light might help...

Looks like pyrite and the middle picture looks like it has quartz crystal on the end of it.
