White's DFX Ground Balance?

I couldn't get my White's DFX to ground balance today, anyone ever have that happen, I was at the beach.

Was it a saltwater beach? And what setting were you in?

I had the same problem with my DFX and mine was a bad connector where the coil connects with the control box, if you have another coil try that and see if it works.

Yes it was saltwater, I was in factory preset beach/jewlery

In mild soil or sand it will do just that.
