Whites Silver Eagle lens

Hi,
The plastic lens on my Silver Eagle has a couple of "dings" in it and decided to replace it.
Anyone have any experience in replacing these?

Is the lens the same size as the XLT. I know white's sales them on there site.
easy to replace.
Might just get one for the XLT and cut it to fit the Silver Eagle.
I use the Eagle 2 sl not even close.

I have the Silver Eagle, as well as the DFX. Still trying to master the DFX, main problem is I still swear by the Eagle. Simply amazing machine! Best thing to do is stop by any business supply store, and see if they have any clear, plastic inserts for sale. (Office Depot is a good one) I'm having a brain fart right now, but I know I picked up some up that had a clear adhesive on one side. i just peeled off the old one, cleaned with rubbing alcohol, and then cut to fit. Hope this helps, just can't seem to remember exactly what the plastic strips were meant to be originally used for.
