Whites TRX question

If I have my sensitivity programed to level 4 when turned on and then while I'm in the hole and ratchet it down..do I have to reprogram it back to 4 ?

No, just point it up at the sky (away from metal) and hit the button once. Then do a ground grab if it is chatty.

Thanks...haven't got it yet but trying to learn all I can by the time it gets here ...what is ground grab ?...just scrapping the ground real quick?......I think this is going to be a great pointer....thanks
