Who do you look like

They say everyone has a double somewhere, but have you been told you look like anybody famous?

I have one of those mugs that everyone swears they know.. I have been told the following

1- Richard Branson (Owner Virgin Airlines)
2- Michael McDonald (Doobie Brother's)
3- Kenny Rogers

I don't think I have their looks, but I would like their money

The only one friends & strangers alike have told me is Johnny Depp... though I have a hard time seeing it, even though I really enjoy his various acting rolls.

*The Shelly Duvall thing got so ridiculous I once went with it: I was at a bar in a club in St. Thomas. The bartender fluttered at at me, put his hand to his mouth, and said "Miss Duval?" I looked at him all humble , put my finger over my lips and implored in a whisper "Shhhhh. Please?" then headed to the dance floor. He was like right-right-right. Poor guy is probably still talking about it.

I used to entertain people with my Shelly with the knife in the bathroom scene from "The Shining."

Now I look like Kathy Bates from "Misery."

When I was in high school, a few people told me I kinda looked like Brian Austin Green from Beverly Hills 90210.

A few years ago my Mom watched the TV show Third Watch. My Mom thought that I resembled the actor Coby Bell.

Before I grew my beard, my wife's friends thought I looked like the singer Chris Daughtry.


On a side note: I was at work yesterday and passed by a mirror. I noticed I need a haircut and to trim my beard. I thought I looked like Harry from Harry and the Hendersons

Used to look like the guy I'd see in the mirror. Now when I look in the mirror there is some fat old man looking back. Think I need to return those mirrors, obviously they are defective.

I remember back a few years ago when I would go out dancing. I had a favorite seat at the bar in the back room where we would all play celebrity lookalike. There were several people that frequented that bar who looked almost identical to the following people.

Rudy Guilliani same face and glasses
Heinrich Himmler same face, glasses, stature.... that was really scary
Cher... but an overweight version for sure.

There were many others, but these came right to mind... You would be surprised how many people really look like someone else if you let your mind go a bit.
