i wish i could share what this area means to me but it would take sum time. As a young man of 11 we use to ride our bikes out there and explore. After the war the base was used for many things including the farm for fresno state college.At twelve we found a bunker and the city came out and filled it. When i was sixteen a young boy lost his life out there and then they fenced it off. aa
