Who likes turtle soup?

Got another monster from out of the ol 'swimmin hole tonite. This one was a medium-sized 17"X14", good eatin size. I relocate some of these things but they say snappers will find their way home in time.
Anyone have any good recipes? Seriously. ffd

I haven't a clue, but I do know that all good soup start with a chicken, or beef broth
