***Whole lotta lead and some silver***

[relichound]

My buddies and I went back to site yesterday where we have been pulling buttons, bullets and various old coins, and this 100 + area continues to produce. Yesteray I dug 24 bullets:

6 dropped: 58s
11 fired .58s
4 fired Enfields
3 .52 spencer bullets (no shell casing)
1 1887 Indian Head Cent
1 1960 Silver Rosie (I thought for sure I had seated...... :-)
2 flat buttons (no back mark)

Outstanding day - digging all that CW stuff, you don't expect a silver rosie.

Man, only one reply? That's an awesome haul. Always on the search for my next good cw site. Love finding that stuff.

Love to hear about sites like this. Always gives you that "RUSH" to get back out there. Great finds.
Schermish or Camp site?
