On this day in 1717 I was drowned when the Whydah sank in a violent storm on Cape Cod. I was then fortunate to come back in 1984 and positively identify her remains and am still helping to piece her story back together.

Please do a shot of your choice in her name and to Black Sam Bellamy!:skullflag::skullflag::skullflag:

Welcome to TN!

Thinking that wreck has been studied, explored decades ago.

We're still diving and studying it today, I worked with Rob on Whydah and dove the East River with him also!

Are you part of Barry's crew?? That rat stole it from me. I hunted her in the 60s and put my thumb on the chart for Barry where Barry found her for a promised 5% off the top. Barry suddenly forgot about his agreement once he got backing. He also got coins from Mel Fisher to get investor interest up. The story Barry told the newspapers about hunting her with a snorkel and innertube in the 60s was the story I told him. The man has NO scruples.

found this about a mile+ from the Whydah as the sea gull flys
had archeologist at Whydah museum confirm it is mostly likely a ball from a deck gun
it is bigger than cannister shot
