It has 18 and 40 and it might just be a mold number and not the year.

Does anybody recognize the Maryland tax stamp? Ill bet it can be dated.

The name on the tax stamp looks like Millard.

OK I see in small print on the very bottom
REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.

I cant see after that
looks like
COPR. 1938 W.D. Co. Inc.

Isnt that amazing how it clearly shows 1938 with zoom and high pixel photography? On the bottle its very tiny and unclear. 1938 it is. I have a great new camera.

Since thats a patent date I still need the date of the tax stamp.

It might be 1940 like the bottle mark.

Hey Bigcypress,

I'm guessing 1940. I think that may be a Diamond Glass Co. mark on the base. Is that a symbol to the north of the Diamond? Diamond Glass was in Royersford, PA, so it makes sense sourcing to Bristol.

(Giant image, not even inserted,) but located over here >>> Diamond Glass Company, Royersford, Pennsylvania

You already caught the copyright of 1938. The Tax stamp has the signatures of J. Millard Tawes as Comptroller.

"In 1938, he was elected Comptroller of Maryland, defeating Republican rival William G. Jack by 140,000 votes.[1] Under Tawes, the state budget of Maryland nearly quadrupled in just six years. He was successfully re-elected as Comptroller in 1942." J. Millard Tawes

So, it has to be between 1938 & 1946.

A happy byproduct of looking around was to find W - Bourbon Baza <<< Could be an outlet for your miniatures...

Solved 1938-1946 most likely 1940 Diamond Glass Company.. Ah... COPR. stands for Copyright.

I think that site is in Poland. Im looking for a North American auction site.

The symbol to the north of the diamond is a one (1)

All of the good sites selling whiskeys and mini whiskeys are in Europe. Its possible that I could send pics and sell the whole lot. I have about 100-150 vintage bottles.

BigCypressHunter, the following may have nothing at all to do with the "That's All" on your whiskey-bottle's label. "That's all" is a famous line (of dialogue) regarding whiskey. In John Wayne's The Alamo movie, the Beekeeper is issuing rations of whiskey to the Alamo soldiers. He measures each soldier's whiskey-ration by pouring it into a soldier's cup while saying a short sentence like "One, two, buckle my shoe. That's all."

I just sold the Wilson plus 2 other empty mini Maryland whiskey bottles from the same era (a Kesslers and a Melrose) for $29 plus shipping on eBay..

So its 3 bottles down with 100 to go.

99 bottles of whiskey on the wall...99 bottles of whiskey...take one out and...
