Fishin with a Fisher
Had a chance to get out today, an abandoned home site that will be bulldzer fodder within a year, several empty houses and a ton of wooded area. it was perfect for hunting today, all the grass is down but it has warmed so much - we should have a foot of snow. installed new batts in the fisher. i only had 90 minutes, can you pick out the silver? i plan to hit this place hard first thing in the am. !

Nice looking rosie, I bet there's more to be found there. Continued Success and good hunting.

Cool finds! The gun you have, is it a toy gun or a real one?

nice finds, fellow ohioan. I got out today too due to the warm spell, I'll post my finds tomorrow as they need to dry out so I can clean them. one thing I did find was a 1920 wheat penney somebody had used for target practice. it was only bent so it must have been a .22 or shotgun.

maybe we can hook up some day, where at in ohio are you ? I'm in north central ohio right between sandusky and cleveland just south of vermilion.

this is just a toy gun!, but my heart did skip bit when i dug it out. i got out again today, 5 wheats and some odd clad, no silver.... it must have been right at 32 deg, as the puddles were freezing over but the ground still is soft.. i'm in mantua, east of cleveland about 30 miles right in the middle of the 'western reserve' which is real good hunting.

Good onya lurch, youve done your homework and its returning the goods, good luck to ya, keep swingin.
