Wish the big one was made of the small one

Did a little detecting in Cape cod waters
only in for like 10 mins. and saw huge ring in scoop - hoping for platinum or white gold
to lite for plat. - could not read the inside but hoping it says 14k - nope - stainless steel
company called Diesel - these go for $70 - $100 - crazy

later in the day hit another spot and came up with this small antique platinum band (same spot I got Large cent)
had to fight a crab I scooped up with it for it

Yep,, sweet plat,, finding gold or plat,, 50% of the time is okay with me.

It took me quite a few years before my first one and that one was half 18k and half plat.
I found like 7 over the years but ive seen guys find 7 in one yr - you never know
