Most of the buffalo nickels i find are dateless or partial dates. This was an exception, a common date 1937 with a full horn on the bison and a nice strong date. Wish they all looked like this one. Thanks for reading. HH-MM2

Only 60$ of nickels, that is impressive! Although it's the last year of Buffalo nickels, it is still a nice and crisp find. It's sad that almost all Buffalos found while CRHing are worn to the point where it is hard to determine the date.

You need to clear out the remaining inventory in the hopes the rest of the herd managed to be corralled in the shipment. When one specimen (doesn't matter the denomination) ends up in circulation in that condition, there are others as a collection was dumped.

The collection may have had just one buffalo. Check the silver denominations.

I need to apologize. I had picked up $60 in Brinks rolls at this branch and had found 4 silver war nickels. Went back to the same branch and picked up another Brinks box a few days later and scored the 37 and a dateless buffalo.
Sucks getting older, 1st thing to go is the memory.

Exactly, if some team were to win a league 5 times in a row, then not many would be watching it. If there is a variety of different teams winning that league, then people may watch it a lot.
