As Winners pointed out , past history also means a lot and it needs tobe taken into consideration also when buying a claim rather than finding your own and doing the needed paperwork for your self! I (myself) would have loved owning a claim BUT claimable land was to far away for me to bother with ! I have some very good friends that own their own claims and they have been very nice guys at letting me work their claim while they were present. I sure miss that time with them ! Maybe this year Ill correct that problem !
