Woman's Powder Compact "33rd Division; Camp Forest,TN " w/ Military Photo Inside.

Today I found this unique Women's Powder Compact. Gold tone metal case with a blue lid with a Cross design.
Printed on lid: "33rd Division; Camp Forest, Tullahoma, TN " Inside was a photo of a soldier. Not sure if it relates to WW1 or 2?

Looks like that cross was the 33rd Infantry division's insignia

That is a super cool find. It would be an amazing find if somehow you could identify the man in the picture. Locate him or his gal if still alive or family members. A return of this would be MIND BLOWING!
