Worn and Beaten, but Still Standing!

Short 30-minute "audition" hunt on a property I'm trying to get permission to hunt. I showed the owner the four targets I dug - two pulltabs, a bobbypin, and this Quarter! She said she watched me from her window the whole time and because, "..my yard looks OK, you kept your word and showed me it all," I got the permission. Pretty stoked! Seven-acres and the original house was built in 1757. She let me keep the quarter, and she has 1st refusal on all finds.

First Refusal: She can keep whatever she wants?

That is correct! Same deal I give all my permissions. It has NEVER backfired on me, even when I found a gold necklace. The owner told me to keep it!
