WENT OUT TODAY FOR SEVERAL HOURS, BOY WAS IT HOT OUT.

FOUND $3.60 IN CLAD, ENOUGH FOR ALMOST A GALLON OF GAS??
FOUND A FAKE GOLD EARRING, 1 WHEAT PENNY "1956" (I HAVE TO WORSHIP THESE, AS THEY ARE FEW & FAR IN BETWEEN FOR ME) SCORED A 12TH SQUADRON LAPEL PIN & A BOY SCOUT KERCHIEF HOLDER.

OH, ALSO GOT SOME SUNBURN. PRETTY HARD TO TAKE THAT TO THE BANK.

I never find any wheats either. I have only found 2 or 3 I think. Hmmm.

You don't know how happy I get when I find a Wheat... All the others, and believe me I love looking at their finds, seem to only find silver and above.... My luck is modern with a few Wheat Cents here and there, and sometimes a silver.

I was so happy last night. I found a 1944 Wheat Cent and 6 other destroyed modern zinc pennies. Give me a Wheat anyday under my coil.

Feel happy, you found something that someone lost probably 50 years ago.

Congratulations on almost enough for a gallon of gas. That is enough to make anyone feel good.
