WOT coil

Okay everyone....as I'm interested in beach and shallow surf hunting, I figured I would ask the question here instead of opening myself up to the entire site with this rather dumb question I've read quite a few posts about the WOT coil. What does "WOT" stand for? There you go....your dumb question of the day...

I love my 15 wot on my excal. I found a Rolex Submariner in gold and stainless steel last year with it at over 20 inches on the beach.
